The Italian squad will contest the Supersport World Championship with Rolfo and Gamarino

Team Go Eleven had the official presentation of its 2014 World Supersport campaign last Saturday at the Lux theatre in San Damiano d’Asti, Italy. The Italian squad will run two Kawasaki ZX-6R for riders Roberto Rolfo and Christian Gamarino. New signing Rolfo had his WSS debut season last year, with two podium finishes along the way at Donington Park and Jerez. Gamarino has been part of the team for several year as he is stepping up to the series after a great year in the Superstock 600 European Championship, as the youngster from Masone kept himself in contention for the title up to the last round.

Roberto Rolfo: "I’m really happy of my new team and bike, we did quite well in our first test last week at LeLuc in France. The feeling is great and I can’t wait to jump back on the ZX-6R in less than two weeks at Phillip Island. I would like to thank the team and Marco Idrame for last Saturday’s team presentation.”

Christian Gamarino: “I’m really excited of this new chapter of my career with Go Eleven, I feel great with the whole team and this is one of the key-factor to do well in motorcycle racing. It’s going to be a fun year and surely it’ll be an important experience, I need to learn a lot and face new challenges, but I’m confident. I would like to thank Gianni Ramello, Piero Cabutti and Dennis Sacchetti for the great opportunity.”
